Welcome to the new and revised Dr Nitch Blog. As it's Dr Nitch's birthday today we wanted to share our thoughts on the research and updates we're busy working on to get the whole site up and running. What we've learned over the past few months is that if you haven't tried controlled outsourcing then get busy as soon as possible. Controlled outsourcing means using third party freelancers to help out your business, develop things quicker but the key thing is that you are always in control and manage your helpers - you do not simply hand your business into the hands of others. We've used nearly 50 outsource partners across our online projects this year and they've given us ALL the benefits of being an employer with none of the drawbacks or costs. When we've proven a few templates and ideas through our own projects we'll create a step by step walkthrough of what to do to keep control of your business and still get outsource work delivered.
